Guess who has to report for Jury Duty (at least for a day)?

ME!  So instead of writing about Hollywood inanities, I decided to make it viewer participation day.  Now it's time for a little fun...

Most of Hollywood is stupid.  Marmaduke the movie.  Dumb.  The Hills.  Also dumb.  Anything on VH-1.  Really Dumb.  But you can have a little bit of fun out here, especially when it comes to meeting your favorite celebs.

I am not one who gets star struck.  Not because I'm cool (I'm not).  But because I'm a narcissistic writer who thinks that actors are just puppets.  But then there was the time I met Mr. T.  I immediately became an excited 12-year old watching the A-Team debut after Super Bowl XVII.  We've all had those moments out here whether we wanted to or not.

So which celeb did you meet that made you just slightly giddy?  Post your answers in the comments below.  And wish me luck.  Maybe the trial will go on for a few months.

met joel mchale after his show. he's a nice, normal, friendly guy. he was asking regular questions about the kids, but i was so dumbstruck, my response was essentially "uhhhh". i felt like such a fool.

Billy Zane. He was wearing a beret and scarf and riding bikes with his friends on a saturday night in West Hollywood. Not the biggest star granted, but hilarious nonetheless. Loved it.

He's not a celebrity from the world of entertainment, but I became a tounge-tied blithering idiot when I spoke to Daniel Ellsberg (of the pentagon papers fame) at an event.

I've been in the elevator with Jennifer Anniston and Timothy Busfield (two seperate trips, not both in the same elevator) and played it totally cool.

I don't usually get star struck either, but I saw Damian Marley when I was working on the Jim Henson lot. He was the only celebrity I saw that I actually went out of my way to approach,

Adam Sandler was at Ben and Jerry's with his daughter. Of course didn't want to bother the guy but four 13 year old boys stopped him in his tracks. It was hilarious to see him wave off these kids with "Yeah Yeah what do you want?"

The Producers of Law & Order: SVU. They came to my class once. It was awesome since I'm a huge fan of the show.
